From the highlands of Marcala, La Paz, where rolling valleys and clay-rich soils nurture the land, comes a coffee rooted in tradition and care. Grown by the dedicated 1,500 farmer-members of Café Organics Marcala at 1,300–1,700 meters, these Bourbon, Catuai, Caturra, Lempira, and Typica varietals are fully washed and sun-dried, preserving their natural depth.
In the cup, a medium-dark roast reveals layers of caramel and brown sugar, accented with a gentle touch of spice. Rich, smooth, and full-bodied, it is both comforting and bold—like the warmth of hearth and the strength of highland winds.
Every sip honors the growers’ craft and the richness of Honduran soil.
